Seppeltsfield Gin Distillery Climate Wizard and Coolerado system installation.

Working with a tight deadline, a Coolerado unit was installed into the glass still house, this will maintain a comfortable temperature to ensure Seppeltsfield Gin can continue to process during hot weather events.

Installation of one of the first units of its kind in Australia, Jaymel worked closely with the manufacturer Seeley International to commission this system.

Due to the inside/outdoors nature of the cellar door, a climate wizard unit large enough for future upgrades was selected. Solid ductwork installed on the side of the container to ensure the services were hidden and the existing penetrations from the evaporative system were utilised.
