During air commissioning, one of our specialised technicians simulates various operating conditions to ensure the system responds properly. Any discrepancies are identified, diagnosed, and resolved during the commissioning process. Once complete, the system is handed over to the owner in perfect working condition, fully aligned with the design intent.

Air Balancing
Air balancing is the process of adjusting a system’s airflow to match the design specifications and heat loads of a conditioned space. Different areas often require varying airflows and temperatures, which is why many office buildings suffer from inconsistent temperatures. Air balancing is designed to eliminate these issues, ensuring optimal comfort and system performance.
- Exhaust Issues: If too little air is exhausted, the front doors may blow open, and humidity levels within the space can become uncomfortably high.
- Duct Run Problems: Insufficient airflow at the end of a duct run can result in rooms that are too warm or too cold.
- Blower Motor Stress: If a blower motor is drawing more current than its rated capacity to deliver the specified airflow, its lifespan will be significantly reduced, and it may cycle off too frequently.
Once the air balancing process is complete, our technician will issue a certified test and balance report, providing assurance that your system is operating efficiently and as intended.
